An exciting position is available with a highly successful and rapidly growing freight forwarder. The role will assume responsibility for a busy Seafreight department with a current annual turnover of £5m. The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the department and the staff (currently 5 direct reports) and the on-going development of the division.

Candidates must have strong managerial experience gained with a freight forwarder having been in charge of Seafreight departments, strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop relationships with existing accounts as well as seek new business.

This is a pivotal role within the organisation and holds excellent prospects for the successful applicant.
