An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading company are looking for an experienced operations Manager to motivate, lead and develop their team.

The ideal candidate will have emergency/time critical industry and management experience, although strong experience dealing with multimodal freight will also be considered, either in a Branch Manager or Operations Manger position.

The ideal applicant will:
Be experienced in Managing staff and understanding their needs
Be authoritative, motivated and confident
Be able to work in a high pressured environment
Deal with all operational aspects and documentation
Be a problem solver and deal with any staffing problems.
Have knowledge of time critical/emergency logistics and transport.
Have a hands on approach with customers and staff.
A knowledge of the automotive industry is also highly desirable.
