A fantastic opportunity has arisen to become a part of the Oceanfreight Operations Team for a leading provider of global transport and logistics, based in the West Midlands
Working as part of a close-knit team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the scheduling and administration of Ocean import shipments, communicating heavily with customers, partners and shipping lines. The emphasis will be on ensuring that service levels are kept to the highest standard, in a professional and profitable manner. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate with colleagues. There will also be occasional ad-hoc responsibilities.
