Administration Assistant - Recruitment - Ware / Harlow

We are currently seeking a full time Administration Assistant to join our UK Head Office based in Ware (relocating to Harlow April 2012)

You will be responsible for assisting the Administration Manager in supporting 12 recruitment consultants in a wide range of administrative areas.

This is a hands on admin role, where you must show initiative, remain calm during busy periods and show a positive manner.  You will be the first point of contact answering the phone and greeting visitors to the office so you must be well presented and have a good confident telephone manner.

Your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Reformatting of CV’s using Word
- Answering the telephone and taking messages
- Franking daily post and taking to the Post office
- Ordering Stationery
- Meet and Greet clients and candidates

To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Administration experience
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Driving licence and car
- Well presented and confident manner

Salary: Up to £14k
