The time and effort we invest in our new staff represents a huge investment on our part; therefore we are very selective when considering new members to our team. The selection process involves Psychometric Testing, Aptitude / Industry testing, where appropriate, and face to face interviews with your potential Line Manager. Once selected, you will undergo a tailored training programme specifically designed to give a thorough understanding of the industry. You will then join one of our recruitment teams where an experienced Mentor will guide and support your development and early career stages with Oceanic. We value autonomy but appreciate that in the learning curve of a new employment additional support is needed to attain the targets set for you.
