My client a leader with the aviation market is currently seeking an experienced Pax and Cargo Sales Executive to join their busy team in Canada.
The main responsibilities for this position will be
- To identify, communicate with and secure business from new clients
- To develop an on going portfolio of prospects that will develop into profitable business
- Visit potential clients with a view to generating further business.
- Keep up to date with competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
- Liaise with managers and sales colleagues in other countries to identify sales leads and business opportunities.
- Work closely with Marketing Department to maximise sales and marketing efforts.
- Pro-actively seeks opportunities to grow the business in new and existing markets and to ensure business objectives are met.
- Keep up to date with competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have experienced of working in a similar role experience in selling cargo, passenger, and VIP services and on board courier services.
- Ability to monitor and analyse customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Self- motivated and able to work with high degree of autonomy.
- Flexibility to change working hours and patterns if necessary.
