Job Vacancy: Commercial Jet Manager - Aviation - Moscow
My client a leader within the Aviation market is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Jet Manager to join their team in Moscow.
The key responsibilities for this position are to build upon customer relationships and develop new business for people requiring private charter services. You are also responsible for the day-to-day management of your team ensuring they achieve minimum deliverables that ultimately allow you to achieve your team budget.
You will be required to lead from the front as an experienced broker acting as an example of best practice to your team and provide clear, timely communication to your team on all relevant matters.
The successful candidate will be working in a similar position promoting private charter services.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Will have experience in leadership, coaching, training and mentoring
- Passionate about aviation
- Proven track record in new business sales achievement.
- Previous airline sales or brokering experience
- Hold a full driving license
- Have a calm disposition and positive outlook, particularly when working under pressure.
- You will need to have a flexibility to change and adapt working hours and patterns if necessary
- Demonstrate experience of procurement or negotiation in order to obtain best value for clients.
- Business verbal and written fluency in English and Russian is essential
