Opportunity to join a large, global freight company as a Team Leader within its Key Account division.
Based in Milton Keynes, the successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for its Key Account Client list, managing all aspects of scheduling of client freight movements, from port to door. You will be overseeing staff, ensuring performance and requirements are met and compiling regular KPI reports. Team skills are vital as you will be needed to promote a positive and supporting working environment.
Experience of the freight forwarding industry is essential, both dealing in operations and customer relations.
