Duties:-
- Staff management
- Oversee the customer service department
- Management and procurement of subcontracted services
- Develop shortsea services, selling to new customers
- Securing further business from existing customers
- Visiting clients to develop relationships

Requirements:-
- It is essential that applicants have an extensive background in the shortsea shipping market
- Good leaderships skills
