An exciting new position has been created for a high calibre logistics professional with a leading global marketing company to manage all aspects of high profile retail logistics programs.
The position holder will be directly responsible for ensuring the highest levels of operational excellence for the programs along with full responsibility for the tactical development of the accounts, working closely with their senior management team to ensure that long term mutual benefit is achieved from the relationships.
The primary objective for the position holder will be to establish the successful implementation, smooth operation and continuous development of the accounts ensuring a good return on investment and improved efficiency, economy and effectiveness of the customers supply chain. This will include creation and management of a business plan, delivery of account KPI's and developing an audit trial to monitor performance. In addition it is expected that the position holder will play a significant role in winning further business from the customer.
Applicants will need a very strong background in logistics gained working for a major retailer or 3/4PL logistics provider. Experience in introducing structured change in retailing environments and general merchandise is a particular advantage.

- Strong Understanding and experience working in the Polish Market
- Highly customer focused.
- Results focussed with a clear understanding of commercial objectives and potential risks within a logistics operation.
- Strong leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills will be key to your success.
- Proven track record exporting to non EU countries.
- High level of communication skills to maintain internal and external relations and ability to give logistics presentations with clients at management and executive levels
