My client a leader within the private air charter field is currently seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join their team in Germany.

The position duties will include day to day management of the support ticketing system, resolving IT queries, escalating to technical development team with regards to more technical issues and liaising with customers and internal staff in respect of progress on their issues.

The successful candidate will also be required to manage the monitoring of infrastructure performance using existing monitoring software and to ensure the office phone system is set up and maintained effectively providing phone system reports and costing for the accounts.

The ideal candidate will have experience using the following systems and have a broad knowledge of computer systems, applications and operating systems.

- Microsoft Operating systems ranging from Windows 7 through to Windows 2008
Server.
- Active Directory,
- DNS,
- DHCP,
- WINS,
- WSUS,
- PRINCE2
- SQL Server
- Terminal Services
- Citrix Xenapp
- VMWare
- Trend Antivirus
- A strong knowledge of Networking; TCP/IP, VPN configuration, DNS Options.
