Oceanic Resources expanded with our first international office in 1991. Recognising the growing importance of the Middle East region and the investment in Dubai, it became apparent that our clients faced similar if not tougher challenges in securing the right talent in the region. The UAE labour market consists of an ex-patriot majority which is truly diverse with over 200 nationalities registered with the Ministry of Labour.

The industry has continued to expand with considerable investment in logistics infrastructure (Ports, Airports, Warehousing & Transport links) primarily to mirror the growth of international companies entering the market to provide consumer products operating alongside the traditional Oil & Energy sectors. This growth is forecast to continue, driven by a young and growing local population across the region.

Since its formation the ORI team in Dubai have successfully filled assignments across the Middle East region including KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Iraq & Afghanistan.

Maintaining the principles and approach the company has always followed we expect continued success and growth in the region building on the year on year growth achieved so far.
