Oceanic Resources is proud to announce the appointment of a new Sales Manager Lance Bateman.

Lance has been with the company for a number of years and brings with him his expertise and in depth knowledge of the recruitment industry to the role. Due to rapid growth and success within Oceanic Resources a new position was made available which suited Lance extremely well.

Here’s what Lance had to say about his new appointment and the function of his job role.

"As the Sales Manager based at our UK Head office, I ensure that my team possess the required industry knowledge in each of the niche sectors in which we recruit. A particular focus for me is Oceanic's growth within the Express Courier and Aviation sector. Having achieved considerable success in recent years recruiting for key clients, I will be growing the number of Oceanic Consultants with specialist sector knowledge in this area, whilst also expanding our client base further throughout Europe.”
