Oceanic Resources International is one of the longest established Search (Head-Hunting) and Selection (Advertised) firms and has been at the forefront of Shipping and Forwarding Executive Recruitment since 1991.

Our specialist approach to the market enables us to monitor new developments within a variety of sectors and disciplines. Our understanding of clients needs are fully up to date and that our efficiency is undiminished in multi functional recruitment situations.

Each assignment is conducted by a Senior Consultant or Director;  Project responsibility is not delegated to junior members of staff or "International Associates".

A high proportion of our assignments come from existing client organisation, a fact which indicates both the quality of the services we provide and the value placed on them by our clients. Our high level of repeat business means that we have few "off limit" restrictions.

Selection completes our Executive Search work - it does not compete with it. We are able to offer objective advice on the best recruitment method - or combination of methods - to use in each specific case.

Our commitment to full and open communication ensures that our clients are informed of all developments throughout the assignments. This service is specifically targeted at positions commanding a salary in excess of £30,000 per annum.

Executive Search

Each assignment is unique. Consultation with the client and our own experience in the market form the basis of a detailed strategy for each individual search.

We identify candidates through comprehensive research and contact is made in a discreet and confidential way. (Especially suitable for senior appointments and for positions where specific requirements limit the field of potential applicants).

Search Plus Advertising

This approach is especially valuable when clients wish to make their final choice from a wide selection of quality candidates, as the combination of methods provides maximum market coverage.

Advertised Selection

Advertising is widely used in the UK and Internationally to recruit middle and senior level management. Our name is instrumental in attracting high calibre individuals from a range of market sectors.

All advertising response is handled directly by Oceanic who screen candidates before presenting a shortlist to the client
