Job Title: Trainee / Experienced Recruitment Consultants                                         Area: Hertfordshire

EXPERIENCED RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS - Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

Required to manage existing client base as well as developing new business.  You will have responsibility for the complete recruitment process including canvassing, rate negotiation, database search, sourcing of potential candidates, networking, head-hunting, interview scheduling, follow up and closing.  Candidates must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the recruitment process and a history of successful billing within the permanent recruitment sector.  Search and selection (Head-Hunting) experience would be advantageous, however full training on the technical aspects of the industry will be provided.  Future prospects will include the opportunity of working overseas.

TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS - Basic Salary + Comm - First yr OTE £20 - 25k

You will be fully trained in all aspects of recruitment and executive search procedures including sourcing, screening, client negotiations and client management.

Personality is a must, you will be extrovert, confident and motivated by success, the desire to work to and achieve targets is essential.  You will also require enthusiasm, persistence and charm, attributes that cannot be taught.  Applicants from any background will be considered. No previous recruitment experience required

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT TO JOIN OUR DUBAI TEAM

The successful candidate will demonstrate previous success in a result driven, competitive environment.  This should include experience of telesales and B2B negotiation.

Training can be provided relating to our specialist sector however knowledge of the logistics/freight industry would be an advantage.

Applicants should be available to attend interviews and start work in Dubai ASAP.  NOC will be required if candidates are currently on a Dubai employment visa.

In return, the company can offer a competitive basic salary with an uncapped commission scheme.
