Due to on-going expansion, we are seeking candidates with a proven track record in permanent recruitment within the freight forwarding & shipping sector. 

Duties
- Developing relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines and logistics companies
- Growing market and commercial awareness through research and networking
- Sourcing candidates via database searches, researching, networking and headhunting
- Client negotiations, business development and client management
- Managing interview processes and closing deals

Requirements
- A proven track record recruiting within the freight, shipping or logistics sector
- Motivated by success
- Able to work to targets
- Confident, articulate and hard working
